This weekend as we remember and honor those who protected and served in our country’s armed forces I feel deep gratitude for America. I’m proud to be a citizen of the United States and proud of our heritage. In an unstable political environment, in a world where a man can brutally slaughter young girls at a concert (Manchester my heart goes out to your loss), and inspite of our country’s current leadership – I stand tall and appreciate the men and women who have gone before us.

My thoughts of patriotism and appreciation lead to “Amazing Grace” - the innovative, driven, and inspiring Grace Hopper, who turned heads during her tenure in WWII. Her commitment to America provided breakthroughs in programming advancement during her time. I can’t help but reflect on her, knowing she was a pioneer of her time, setting the groundwork for today’s powerful woman in leadership.

While we reflect on those who lost their lives to selflessly enhance ours, I’d like to encourage you to take notice of your own life and business in a similar light.

I had a conversation with our team about this and we’d like to invite you to join us for a discussion here on Facebook by sharing your story. What do you need to let go of in order to move forward? Is there something that you need to put to rest to finally allow freedom, advancement, and self-confidence to take its place? Come share with us.
